I have created a rock genre music magazine. The primary target audience I am trying to represent through my media language is : Gender: Either genders Age:13-29 Ethnicity:English Social grade:C1-E Interests: Listening to heavy music. P1: Masthead - Words used in the masthead can be Kerrang! These words connote the genre to the target audience because the word 'Kerrang' is an onomatopoeia for the strings on a guitar. This is good because Kerrang is a rock music magazine and the the name suits the genre of magazine. - The typography style has been used for the masthead is bold and looks a bit worn down/been smash by something.
